Shipping policy
At House of Style, we aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered safely and on time.
Please read the following terms regarding shipping, delivery and responsibilities.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout, before you confirm your order.

We apply a flat rate of €4.50 for standard deliveries within Portugal, based on average parcel weight.

In exceptional cases where shipping costs are significantly higher (for example due to size, weight or remote delivery area), we will contact you by email before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to hotels, PO boxes or temporary addresses.
Delivery Time

We make every effort to dispatch all items promptly.

Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe provided in your confirmation email, please contact us at info@houseofstyle.pt with your order number.
Delivery and Risk

Delivery takes place when the items are handed over to the delivery address specified at checkout.

Once delivery has occurred, responsibility for loss or damage passes to you.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you only once full payment has been received by House of Style.

In some cases, a signature upon delivery may be required.
Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order upon receipt and before signing for it.

If the package is visibly damaged, we advise you not to accept delivery and to notify the carrier immediately.

If you discover damage or missing items after opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@houseofstyle.pt including photos of the package and affected items.

Reporting damage later than 24 hours after delivery may affect our ability to process claims with the carrier.
Proof of Delivery
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is considered to have reached the delivery address you provided.
If you believe the package was not received despite this status, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
