Refund policy

At House of Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order under the conditions described below.

Check on Arrival

Please check your package immediately upon delivery for any visible damage.
Inspect the product as soon as possible to ensure it is complete and undamaged.
If you notice any damage or missing items, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@houseofstyle.pt, including photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Reporting later than 24 hours after delivery may affect our ability to process a claim with the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@houseofstyle.pt, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

After notification, you have another 14 days to send the products back to us.
Our total return window therefore lasts 30 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned include:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
Opened or used products such as tea, coffee, or soaps.
Personal care or intimate items for hygiene reasons.
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return was shipped at your own cost, that amount will not be reimbursed.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@houseofstyle.pt within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and product details.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exceptions

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Items returned incomplete or without original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days of receipt.
